The Rhyguan SMART-330-HMS series slitter rewinder has excellent tension control and excels in label paper and film material processing. This machine can be used with inspection systems, camera systems and workflow systems from major brands. The optical camera captures all defect information, and the print flow manager allows the machine to capture and pause on the inspection table to repair all defects. For diverse needs, SMART has wide applicability and material adaptability. In addition, the machine is equipped with a label counter and a meter counter.
For high-speed slitting needs, Rhyguan can easily switch from blade cutting mode to shear cutting, which is convenient for operators to quickly change media. Users can also choose to upgrade to automatic slitting mode. Rhyguan is committed to providing accurate and error-free label finishing services and smooth operating experience. In addition, there are multiple rewinding options for you to choose from, such as defect rewinders that can effectively remove waste.
The new Web Advance option adds additional clamps to support upper and lower rewinding. The web pusher can be used as a pressure roller when rewinding film materials to prevent air bubbles. All of the above configurations contribute to the creation of high-quality finished rolls with guaranteed accuracy and efficiency. Differential rewinding shafts provide better automatic tension control and are also optional.

semi-automatic 2-spindle turret which will turn automatically, and lower a pressure arm upon reaching the counter set. Simple, effective and highly productive. Suitable for clock-wise and anti-clockwise rewinding.
Core-lock differential rewind shafts with 25mm or 9mm elements. Available for different core sizes. Automated pressure control ensures stable rewind tensions. Optional passive lay-on roller can be added to remove any air-bubbles from building in the roll.
Add shear slitting knifes. Increase productivity with automatic shear slitting to control the knifes from the user-interface. Optional further automation and razorblades.
The optional web advance comes with additional clamps. And is available for both the upper and lower rewind. The web advance can also function as a lay-on roller when rewinding filmic materials

Rhyguan offers standard shear slitting with rotary knifes, automatic slitting knifes, automatic dual slitting knifes,razor blade slitting. A set of dual niprollers ensures perfect tension in the slitting area. Operator controls the nips.Remove edges after slitting with the suction engine.
Movable 2nd splice table with clamps to preserve web tension. Faulty labels will stop right on this inspection table automatically. Take corrective actions by replacing a label or by rewinding larger amount of waste.
