Available in Web width 330mm/420mm/520mm. 2 modules with Semi rotary Die-cutting and servo driven “snow-ball” matrix rewinding. 2 modules with Semi rotary Flexo module, with integrated chill-drum and UV curing. 1 module with platform for customer’s preferred brand of inkjet printing with UV curing. 1 Corona treatment station. Webguide with integrated Splice table. Each module has Independent tension control and independent step-and-repeat. Moveable User interface. Operator can select full or semi rotary mode. Table for replacing defect labels. Rotary cut-sheeting with 1.6 meter conveyor belt.
