Rhyguan Showcases at Labelexpo SEA

From May 8 to 10, Rhyguan is exhibiting at Labelexpo Southeast Asia at Booth B38, presenting two advanced solutions designed for high-end label production and highlighting its expertise in precision digital finishing and intelligent quality inspection.
 

One of the showcased machines is a digital post-press finishing machine featuring two semi/full flexo units together with a semi/full rotary die-cutting module. The machine adopts a fully servo-driven system with a closed-loop web handling and tension control system, ensuring accurate synchronization across multiple stations. With an overall digital post-press registration accuracy of ±0.15 mm, the system supports demanding finishing processes such as multiple varnishing, coating, cold foil, lamination and spot color applications.

The intermittent die-cutting unit offers precise register and quick-change tooling, maintaining consistent die-cut quality while reducing setup and changeover time. The entire machine is optimized for digital label production scenarios involving short runs, multiple versions, and high-value products, ensuring high precision while reducing material waste and setup time.

Also on display at Booth B38 is a high-speed inspection machine, equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and a high-speed image acquisition and processing system in the market. Even at high running speeds, the machine delivers stable imaging and accurate defect detection. It is capable of identifying fine defects such as contamination, missing print, color variation, registration deviation and appearance flaws. Its high-rigidity body structure and precise material handling system ensure the stability and repeatability of the inspection process, providing reliable quality assurance for subsequent processing and finished product shipment.
